told our regulator.
During our June 2026 inspection, the Jersey Care Commission gathered feedback from a professional working outside the home. They described our managers and staff as very helpful, knowledgeable and hands on, said our reviews are comprehensive and that we attend meetings and manage residents well over both the short and long term, and noted that they had never had difficulty reaching us and that we respond quickly to any issue.
